Tryouts for 2010-11 Teams  

Tryout dates and locations for our 2010-11 season teams have been set.  There are two tryout nights for each age group, it is STRONGLY recommended that players attend both nights for their age group to provide them with the best opportunity to make a team.  One tryout night is held at Denoon Park in Muskego and one at Miniwaukan Park in Mukwonago for each age group.  Directions to the parks can be found by clicking on the "Fields/Maps" button.  A tryout fee of $25/player will be charged, which will be deducted from your Select Program fee balance after your player accepts a roster spot on the team.  Your $25 will be refunded only if we don't offer your player a roster position.

All tryouts are held from 5:30-7:30 PM.

Keeper tryouts are incorporated into the second day of tryouts for each age group.  Keepers should attend both days of tryouts.
 
New this year, WYSA is mandating that no roster positions be offered or announced until June 14, the day after the spring season is officially over.  No club or select organization can notify or offer roster positions until this date.
 

To Play in an Age Group, a Player's Birth Date Must be:

 

U11  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1999

U12  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1998

U13  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1997

U14  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1996

U15  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1995

U16  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1994

U17  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1993

U18  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1992

U19  --  On or After AUGUST 1, 1991

  • Please respond with the following information in the body of the email:  Name of Player, Age Group and whether you are   Accepting or Declining the offer.
  • After the deadline, any unaccepted positions may be offered to other qualified players at the discretion of the club.

All Age Groups - What to do after Accepting a Roster Position

Once you have accepted your position you need to do the following:

  • Go to the Milwaukee Kickers website and register your player online.  The website is www.mksc.org.  Please make sure to pick the Region MK UNITED to properly register your player.
  • Prepare the following information for Registration Night:  1x1 picture of your player, copy of confirmation of registration with the Milwaukee Kickers, and birth certificate (for any new players to MK United ? all U11's and any new players in other age groups).

 

U11-U14 Registration Night was Thursday, June 24th at Denoon Park in Muskego.  For those who couldn't make it, a make-up session is being held July 7 at Miniwaukan Park, from 6:30-7:00pm. 

 

U15-U16 Girls Registration Night is being held at Miniwaukan Park on Wednesday, July 7. 

  • U15 Girls - 7:00-7:30pm.  Meet with Coach Ackerman at 7:30.
  • U16 Girls - 7:30-8:00pm.  Meet with Coach De Leon at 8:00. 

 

Registration Night is when you pay your fees, order your player's uniform and meet with the Coach. 

 

The Uniform Fee will vary depending on the size of uniform, quantity of socks ordered, etc.  The price will range from $71.80 to $83.80.

 

The 2010-2011 MK United Select Program Fee is $340. This amount will be reduced by the $25 tryout fee already paid. 

 

You have several payment options:

  • Pay all fees for the entire year, including uniform, at Registration Night on June 24th .
  • Pay a $75 deposit, and uniform fee at Registration Night, and pay the remaining balance of Fall fees by August 1st .  Remaining fees will be due by April 1st , 2011.
  • Pay just Fall fees, including uniform, at Registration Night on June 24th and pay your Spring fees by April 1, 2011.
