Director of Coaching - Lou Deleon
Coach Deleon began his soccer career with the Kickers, joining the club the second year they existed. He started off playing with the Majors, then became a staff coach. With over 28 years coaching experience, coaching all age groups and levels, Coach Deleon is highly respected for both his technical training abilities, and his ability to meld fun and learning into every practice.

We strive to provide the highest level coaches available. Our entire coaching staff consists of some of the most experienced club coaches in the area and they have the appropriate level coaching license for the age group they are coaching. Additionally, we select and evaluate our coaches on how well they relate to the players and parents. Our coaches have had their criminal backgrounds checked by the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Associattion (WYSA) "Kid Safe Program" and have been interviewed and approved by the MK United Administrative Board.
