High School Girls Registration Night

posted Jun 27, 2011 7:00 PM by Dan Salton   [ updated Jun 27, 2011 7:17 PM ]
Registration Night for the two High School Girls teams is Tuesday, June 28, 6:00 - 7:00pm at the picnic pavilion behind Park View Middle School in Mukwonago.  930 North Rochester Street, Mukwonago, WI.

Registration Steps (Complete steps 1 & 2 before you arrive. Steps 3 through 6 are completed at the pavilion on Registration Night).

1)  Before you come on Thursday, register online with the Kickers, at http://www.mksc.org.prod.ngin.com/page/show/329455-mk-united .  You should be paying the Kickers $80, and you pay via credit card, online.

A word on the new registration system the Kickers are using this year.  WYSA, the state association of which the Kickers is a member club, is forcing all member clubs to switch to a new registration system called League One.  The old system was called E7.  You have to create a new account in League One the first time you go in, but if you use the same email address as was used in E7, then all your players and personal information will already be there (it worked for me).  But if you changed your email recently and it never got updated in E7, or you used a different email address for League One than you used in E7, then none of your previous info will be found and you will have to enter all your players and your personal info from scratch.  Naturally, anybody new to the Kickers will need to create a new account and enter their information from scratch.

2)  Print off, fill out and/or sign, and bring to Registration Night, the following documents, all available on the MK United Webstie, Documents and Forms page.

a) Liability Release and Medical Consent
b) Parent Pledge Form
c) Player Pledge Form
d) The Girls Uniform Order Work Sheet.  You'll use this to remember the sizes you'll order later from Stefan's.

3)  The MK United Select Fee for High School teams for 2011-2012 is $200.  This is paid to MK United, and covers all coaching and training fees, referee fees, training equipment and field maintenance costs.

4)  For Select player passes, bring a 1 inch x 1 inch head shot photo of the player.   If the player won't be there, bring a label with their signature on it.  Make sure the signature is small enough that it would fit in the signature area on the back of a credit card.  That's about how much room is available on the back of a player pass.

5)  There will be uniform samples to try on at Registration Night. Use the Uniform Order Work Sheet you printed in Step 2 above, marking those sizes of each item you plan to order.  You place the order yourself, using the Team Sales online ordering system at StefansSoccer.com.  All uniform orders must be placed by July 1st, and the entire teams orders must be placed before the uniforms will be created.  Team managers will pick up these "intitial orders" from Stefans for the team.

If you were with MK United last year, please bring your jersey.

6)  Attend your team meeting.
